Kaani Grand Seaview

Kaani Grand Seaview is a lovely four-star hotel in Maldives with clean rooms and stunning sea views. Breakfast was included and delicious. Special thanks to Tiger, who expertly arranged and guided our water excursions, including snorkeling and underwater experiences. His professional service made everything smooth and enjoyable. Friendly staff, beautiful location — truly a 5-star experience!

The place is very nice, clean, and peaceful, with no noise at all, and it has a private beach. A staff member named Ariff did an excellent job cleaning our room. Another staff member kindly helped us transfer our luggage to the next hotel. The view from our room was amazing, and we truly enjoyed our honeymoon as the room was very quiet and relaxing, with no disturbances at all.

Best hospitality for South Korean travelers - Thank you, Iju! ​We visited from South Korea, and I was initially worried because my English isn't very strong. However, Iju made everything so easy and comfortable. ​Iju was incredibly thoughtful and used a translator to communicate with me in Korean. From the first day until the very last, Iju was consistently kind and welcoming. Whenever I had questions or was unsure about something, Iju explained everything step-by-step with great patience. ​Thanks to Iju’s professional and warm hospitality, our trip to the Maldives was truly unforgettable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance made us feel right at home. One of the standout parts of our stay was the breakfast experience. The restaurant itself is beautifully set up—warm, inviting, and well-organized. There was a wide selection of fresh and delicious options, from hot dishes to pastries, fruits, and great coffee. What truly made the experience memorable, though, was the incredible service we received from the every staff. They are exceptionally attentive, kind, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Momin’s level of service was beyond what we expected. You could tell he genuinely cared about making guests feel special. It’s rare to come across staff who are so dedicated and thoughtful—Momin’s truly elevated our experience, and we’re very grateful. Overall, we had a fantastic time at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-catered stay. It's been almost a month and we are really missing our days in maafushi. We stayed there for 5 nights during December 1st week for the celebration of my hubby's b'day and our 20th anniversary. Their Staff Tiger, Magic , Jessica are too good, they provided us very good service during our stay. We are vegetarian so Jessica served us specially prepared breakfast everyday. They have great choice for Indian food in dinner. We even booked tour from them. Tiger upgraded our room and even upgraded our hotel for the one night. They even decorated our room on our anniversary. Plus point of the property is that they have L shape beach. We really loved our stay at kaani hotels.

Our stay at Kaani Grand Seaview was truly wonderful and such great value for money! We had an amazing room overlooking the beachfront, and waking up to that beautiful ocean view every morning was just magical. The room amenities were excellent — everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. What really made our experience special was the hotel services team, especially Mr. Magic and Mr. Tiger. From the moment we stepped foot on Maafushi Island, they were there to greet us and assist with everything we needed. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care went above and beyond anything we expected. A huge thank you to both of them, and especially to Mr. Magic, for making our trip so memorable and enjoyable The speedboat transfer to and from Male Airport was also a great experience — affordable, on time, and managed by a friendly and helpful crew. It made the whole journey seamless and stress-free. To avoid sea sick / motion sickeness - highly encourage that you take your motion sickeness tablet at least 30 minutes before the speed boat journey. It helps so that you are able enjoy the view througout your journrmey (if you are lucky - you may see dolphins) Overall, we’re so grateful for the wonderful experience we had at Kaani Grand Seaview. The team truly looks after their guests, making sure everyone feels safe, cared for, and leaves with memories to cherish forever Would absolutely highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Maafushi — you won’t be disappointed!

After a bad experience at another hotel in Maafushi, I moved to this hotel and it was a great decision. The place is very nice, clean, quiet with no noise at all, and has a private beach. The price is very reasonable, almost the same as the previous hotel but with a much better experience. Big thanks to the staff for their kindness, great service, and help with trips and transportation all the way to the airport. Highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived to the day we left. The Kaani Grand Sea view was easily some of the best service and hospitality you could find. This was a truly memorable place to visit and the prices were amazing. I'll never forget my time here and looking forward to visiting again, they helped me organize a beach dinner for my now fiance and a plan for me to propose to her. It was an amazing experience. Highly recommend to anyone 10/10
